Registered Clinical Counsellor #17521

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 30+ years of experience working in the school system and private practice. I provide in person counselling for adults, youth (ages 12+), families and couples. My experience includes working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and transition to adulthood.  I enjoy helping parents and couples learn better communication approaches and conflict resolution skills.

It is my therapeutic belief that children and youth do better if parents/caretakers can be part of the treatment and develop stronger, healthier relationships within the family system, I work with families to reach these goals. I also enjoy working with young adults and their families to help with the transition to adulthood.

I integrate many approaches into my work with clients:
