Therapists

We welcome meeting with Psychologists and Counsellors interested in joining our team. Please send a resume, along with a cover letter including the information below, to jennifer@northshorecbt.com.

We are currently seeking;​

  • A part-time therapist, interested in seeking CBT certification, who enjoys working with ages 6-18 and parents.

  • This position requires at least 35 hours of previous training in CBT.

  • This could build to a full-time position.

Practicum Students

Practicums for master and doctoral level students in Clinical or Counselling Psychology Programs start in September and run 7.5 months (master level) and 11 months (doctoral level). A committment of 2.5 days per week is required, including Friday mornings.

Applications Accepted: January 5 - February 27, 2026

Interviews: February 2026

Offers made: March 2026

 

We supervise students interested in building confidence and competence in CBT. A particular interest in working with youth (6+) and adults struggling with anxiety and mood is an asset. 

​​

We also offer an assessment practicum for doctoral students seeking to build their assessment skills, and a supplemental practicum for students seeking to improve their assessment skills, We seeks students with an interest in child and youth psycho-educational and ADHD assessments.
