Counselling & Assessment Fees

COUNSELLING FEES

Everyone deserves access to mental health support. Please call to enquire about reduced cost and no cost counselling. Master and Doctoral students offer reduced cost counselling ($65/$85) and have a number of spots at no costCounsellors also offer a limited number of reduced cost ($100) counselling sessions, as do Registered Psychologists ($185). We strive to ensure counselling is accessible to all clients regardless of income or financial security.

Individual Counselling Session (50 mins) $235 

Family Counselling Session  (75 mins) $325

Couples Counselling Session  (75 mins) $325

Clinical Supervision/Consultation for Mental Health Professionals (50 mins) $200​

Post-Doctoral Clinician pursuing registration in BC, supervised by a Registered Psychologist

Individual Counselling Session (50 Mins) $150 

Family Counselling Session (75 mins) $225

Couples Counselling Session (75 mins) $225

If finances are a barrier, we offer the following reduced cost counselling, with a limit of 8 sessions (50 mins).

Post-Doctoral Clinician $150

Registered Clinical Counsellor $100

Doctoral Practicum Student Counselling Session $85 

Master's Practicum Student  Counselling Session $65

If finances are a barrier, please call our intake Coordinator to discuss no cost sessions with students.

The fee is based on the clinician's hourly rate.

ASSESSMENT FEES

Psycho-Educational Assessment  $3525 

* Cognitive, academic achievement, and social-emotional testing with a comprehensive report.

Psycho-Diagnostic Assessment    $1880

* Mental health or ADHD testing and a comprehensive report.

Psycho-Diagnostic Assessment with no report $1175

Reduced Cost Assessment If finances are a barrier, please call to discuss a reduced rate.

The cost of the assessment may vary based on complexity and needs. All assessments are supervised by a Registered Psychologist. Written reports are often required when seeking an assessment for school purposes.

COVERAGE

If you have extended health benefits, you can ask your provider if they cover psychological services with a:

Registered Psychologist (RPsych)

Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)

Post-Doctoral Clinician (pursuing registration as a psychologist) supervised by a Registered Psychologist

Practicum Student "directly" supervised by a Registered Psychologist
