Thank you for visiting my profile. I am passionate about supporting youth (7+) and adults and offer in-person and online counselling sessions.

I provide evidence-based treatment for individuals grappling with OCD, anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, body dysmorphic disorder, trauma, depression, and/or ADHD. Additionally, I offer support for life transitions such as grief, heartbreak, and loss.

Life can be unpredictable and challenging, causing uncomfortable emotions, anxiety and changes in mood. You might feel stuck in your head, unable to stop thinking about your worries. Drawing from my own lived experience with anxiety and OCD, I understand how the mind can play tricks on us! I provide a non-judgmental space where we explore together how you can take charge of your life.

Clients of all ages are welcome to connect with me. When working with adults, I collaborate closely with you to determine the best path forward that aligns with your unique needs and goals. In my work with children and youth, I include elements of play therapy which can be a more accessible way of expression. With a wealth of knowledge about child developmental stages and a warm smile, I collaborate with you and/or your child building mental strength and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

My professional background in immigrant services, coupled with my personal journey of immigration from the Netherlands, provides me with a profound understanding of how culture and other intersectional aspects of identity affect well-being. I value diversity and wholeheartedly welcome individuals from all walks of life into my practice.

In addition to English, I am also fluent in Dutch.
