Dr. Sue Hackett enjoys offering counselling for youth (14+), adults, and families and provides

Are you worried or anxious? Sad, depressed or grieving? Has someone hurt you? Or have you let someone down? Have you lost faith in what you used to believe in? Have you had thoughts that you just want to twinkle away? Do you wish that your mom or dad understood you? Do you wish your teen would talk to you? Are you watching yourself getting older and feeling life is passing you by? Or are you watching your parents age and finding it hard to balance their needs with your kids needs, let alone taking time to think about what you need?

For the last 30 years, Dr. Hackett has worked with youth and their families to restore balance and hope and trust in the face of mental health challenges. She knows how to work with schools and hospitals to integrate their treatment recommendations with your own hopes and goals. She offers a safe place to explore. She will care about you and what is important to you. She will listen and support you to make the changes you want to make.
