Dr. Nardeen Awadalla Registered Psychologist #2729

I'm Dr. Nardeen Awadalla, a Registered Psychologist, and I am thrilled to be providing  Psycho-Diagnostic and ADHD assessments for youth and adults at the North Shore CBT Centre. I believe that assessments are more than just a set of tests or evaluations; they are a gateway to self-awareness and self-improvement. Whether you're an adolescent navigating the complex terrain of youth, a young adult amid important life decisions, or an adult seeking personal growth, assessments can shed light on your unique qualities, challenges, and opportunities, assessments can provide the foundation for building a personalized roadmap to a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

Psychoeducational assessments, for instance, can clarify learning challenges and identify recommendations to accommodate them. Alternately, psychodiagnostic assessments can be the first step in your wellness journey as they can help identify mental health concerns or neurodiversity factors that may be limiting your enjoyment and participation in life.

In addition to clinical interviewing, I use validated and evidence-based assessment tools to inform clinical impressions and diagnoses.
