Hello! My name is Amrit and I am a Doctoral Clinician. I am passionate about providing psychological assessments services at the North Shore CBT center. I believe a thorough and careful assessment can provide invaluable insights and knowledge that can help individuals lean into their strengths and become the best version of themselves.

 

I have training in clinical interviewing, administering evidence-based assessment measures, analyzing the results, providing in-depth feedback, treatment suggestions, and psychoeducation. I enjoy working with youth, adults, and families to learn new skills, strategies, and tools to build healthier and more fulfilling lives. Assessments can often be the missing piece to help answer larger questions or address struggles in all aspects of life—from education, work, relationships, and mental health. I can help clarify challenges individuals face through investigating topics from mood and behavioural disorders to struggles with learning and memory.
