Alicia Woods, MC, RCC
Registered Clinical Counsellor #20446
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, specializing in work with youth (12+), adults, and families. Through individual and family counselling, I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, family & relationship conflict, grief & loss, school refusal, and life transitions. Whether we are playing a game or you are sharing a deeply vulnerable story, our sessions will be a journey of self-discovery. With young clients, as with adult clients, we will work to build resilience, self-compassion and equip you with tools to thrive in your life. From improving relationships to overcoming anxious thoughts, we will tackle it together.
My office is an inclusive, queer and trans-affirming space and my practice is informed by an intersectional social justice lens. I work to provide a creative and personalized approach to counselling and focus on building a safe, trusting and collaborative relationship with each client.
