I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of BC. I am also a wife and Mother to 4 young kids. I provide evidence-based treatment
for youth (ages 12+) and adults. I work fully online providing video or phone sessions.
Counselling is an opportunity for you to reconnect with what works for you. I will work collaboratively with you to help you recognize and build on your own strengths, skills, and competencies - empowering you to be confident and independent. Problems have an infinite number of solutions, and I will work with you to help you to develop strategies and
solutions that fit for you.
I have experience and education working with individuals with a variety of concerns such as:
anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief & loss, communication & conflict resolution, self- esteem & body image, and healthy relationships. I also have a special interest in supporting clients around areas of infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, and adoption. I am trained in a number of evidence-based treatments. I believe that every person, problem and solution are unique. Thus, I utilize a variety of approaches to therapy to best fit each individual. My most common approaches include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Solution-Focused Therapy
Person-Centered Therapy
