Pronouns They/Them

I hold a Master’s of Counselling Psychology Degree from Adler University and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I provide in-person, telephone, and online counselling to individual youth (14+) and adults.

I was born and raised in Thailand and moved to North America in 2004. Part of what makes me passionate about working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and gender identities is my own lived experience as a non-binary Asian immigrant. I also identify as a supportive and

good listening human who always tries to hold a safe and non-judgmental space for all the folks I work with.

I have experience supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, gender and sexual identity related issues, school bullying, and historical and current trauma. Using a broad range of evidence-based treatments, I collaborate with clients and help them explore and gain understanding of their challenges and stuck points as well as develop effective coping strategies through practical skills building and self-acceptance and compassion.

I integrate many therapeutic approaches in my practice to ensure that the counselling experience is effective and suitable for each individual’s unique needs. The main approaches that I utilize include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

In addition to English language, I am also fluent in Thai language.
