I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works with youth (8+ yrs) and adults. I completed my doctoral degree and have applied for registration with the College of Psychologists of BC. I am currently working under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Campbell, RPsych.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where clients can openly reflect and share their inner experiences. These experiences can be processed together to be helpful and authentic to them. I also believe in providing education and a rationale behind my strategies. I have experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship issues, anger management, emotion regulation, life stressors, ADHD, family of origin issues, and self-esteem. I have worked with clients in India and Canada.

I believe in grounding my therapy skills and techniques in research and I

utilize the folllowiing evidence-based modalities:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Solution Focused Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Strategies

Person-Centered Therapy

When I am not working, I enjoy travelling, trying new restaurants, comedy shows, reading, painting, and singing.
