Everyone deserves access to mental health support.

To increase access to counselling for clients without extended health benefits, doctoral practicum students offer reduced cost counselling at $75 per session and accept a limited number of clients at no cost.

Carolyn, Kolett, M.Sc.
Doctoral Practicum Student

I am a Doctoral student pursuing my degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler University. I chose to be in this profession because I find it fascinating to study the complex mind, to unravel the story behind every story and discover the hidden potential that every individual, regardless of their struggles, brings into the therapy room.

I enjoy working with youth (16+) and adult clients, and am currently offering sessions online. I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, and other life stressors. I have also provided support and counselling to survivors of suicide. I use the following approaches in my work:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Dialectic Behaviour Therapy - Skills Training

Mindfulness-Based Techniques

I genuinely believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is of utmost value. I utilize a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach to meet you where you are. If you are reading this, I want you to know that therapy is an opportunity to help you write a brave new story.

Together we will achieve a more mindful and meaningful life.

Apart from English, I speak three Indian languages, Hindi, Malayalam, and Marathi.
